We run the administration of your Serbian company: the corporate records, the register changes, the beneficial owners and the deadline calendar. We file the changes at APR, the Serbian Business Registers Agency, and your management abroad gets one point of contact. Company administration is part of our Run tier. Register changes are an add-on. You add them to any tier, or you order a single change, plus the APR fee.

APR fees and rules for changes of a company in Serbia.
APR charges no late filing surcharge for a change that takes effect on the day of its registration, for example a change of members or an increase or a decrease of the capital.

Company administration is part of our Run tier, for a company in Serbia with foreign owners. Run includes:
- bookkeeping and tax returns, by a licensed accounting firm;
- payroll and employee registration;
- corporate records and deadlines;
- a payment list for your approval;
- a monthly report for your management.
State fees are added.

Register changes are not part of the Run tier. They are an add-on to any tier.

What does a change in the APR register cost?
APR charges 4,000 RSD for one change and 3,000 RSD for each further change in the same filing. A change of members costs 500 RSD more per member registered. How do we change the director of our Serbian company?
The competent body of your company decides on the new director. We prepare the decision and the APR filing, you sign them, and we file the change at APR. The APR fee is 4,000 RSD for one change.
Can you take over the administration of a company that already operates?
Yes. We read the register entry and your corporate documents, and we set up the records and the deadline calendar. From that day, we handle each change and each deadline.
Do you keep the beneficial owners up to date?
Yes. When the owners of your company change, we update the entry in the Central Records of Beneficial Owners. The APR fee list has no fee for the entry. Contact us for an offer.
