Set up

  • Branch office or d.o.o.

A d.o.o. (a limited liability company) limits the liability of its members, and a branch office does not. Both forms pay 8,000 RSD at APR, the Serbian Business Registers Agency, and corporate income tax at 15%.

A company can register its seat at a virtual office address, because APR, the Serbian Business Registers Agency, asks for no proof of ownership or lease.

  • UBO registration

A Serbian company records its beneficial owners at APR within 30 days of its registration or of a change, and confirms them each year.
